Q: How can I import a graphics into the app?​

A: You have different options to import graphics into app. Please refer to the dedicated documentation section.

Q: How can I go to the Operator Mode?​

A: If you are on the touchscreen graphics view with only one graphics configured, and you need to go on the Operator Mode screens, then you need to press and hold on the screen for 6 seconds.

Q: How can I set/update the system configuration (e.g. Controller IP, Port)?​

A: You can update the system configuration both locally on the mobile app or through cloud. If you update your system configuration on cloud, remember to download it from the app.

Q: Can I make a portrait graphics for Sweet Home?​

A: There is a dedicated section that explains how to build a portrait graphics for the Sweet Home for Vantage mobile app.

Q: How can I show a web view into a running graphics?​

A: You can use the Web widget custom component. Please refer to the dedicated documentation section.

Q: How can I use a custom font for my graphics?​

A: You can use a custom font on the Touchscreen Designer and properly insert it into the graphics ZIP file. Please refer to the dedicated documentation section.

Q: How can I open an external app from Sweet Home?​

A: Mobile applications often allow other apps to open them by using URL Schemes. You can make a Touchscreen button call an URL Scheme. Please refer to the dedicated documentation section.

Q: Can I purchase more than one license at once on the Sweet Home site?​

A: No it's not possible. In case you need to purchase several license at once, please contact sell@sweethomeforvantage.com.

Q: Can I purchase license on Sweet Home site with a different payment method than PayPal?​
