Ticket Activation

If you have one or more systems already configured (graphics correctly imported on the app for them), the Sweet Home app won't enter on the Operator Mode at startup. To access the operator mode, please refer to the following sections: Single System Configured, Multiple Systems Configured

Ticket Activation allows you to activate your ticket on the device.

Ensure you have an active Internet connection and complete the following fields:

  • Ticket Code: Enter the ticket code to activate.
  • Email Address: Enter the email address associated with your username on www.sweethomeforvantage.com.

Click Activate License.

If the information is correct, a confirmation message will appear, indicating that the device has been successfully registered and the license activated.

Each ticket can only be associated with one device.
